Only the voters can decide. We elected a president who didn't actually do much for 4 years and one who was sleeping with everyone he could - we'll see.

Hastert did act on what he knew. The FBI was also given what Hastert knew there was not enough to make a case. This may actually end up polarizing republicans and bring them to the polls. And as information comes forward that shows it was the Democrats who had this information and held it until now to release it,swing voters will go to the Republicans also.

because the vast majority of human beings are ultimately seeing them for what they truly are, empty matches that do not have any further some thing to furnish yet lie and failed regulations. seem at what the congressional republicans are providing now fairly funds to President Obama's funds. they're providing the exact same options that they compelled onto the country in the mid 1920's. reducing the right earnings tax cost to twenty-5% and freezing spending. If that's all it takes, then I don't think people are looking at the whole picture. Yes, what he meaning Foley did was wrong but it stops there. Accusation of that nature could ruin a man's life if they are or are not true. I think caution should be used when something like this turns up and before you ask, I have kids and what he did sickens me but there are those out there that like attention and would stoop to lying.

No. People are still intelligent enough to vote based on policy and not get distracted by the media circus surrounding one pervert. People keep making this a political thing. It isn't, or it shouldn't be. We should be focused on keeping our kids safe from sexual predators. It doesn't matter if the perv is republican, democrat, independent or Taliban. He should be tried in court and let the jurors decide his punishment.

But then again, never underestimate the stupidity of the American people.

I seriously doubt it... I don't think most people are dumb enough to apply the actions of one person to the whole political party.
