I find that most men do not know how to treatwomen and they often criticise a woman who is not perfect like for example the remarks that i get is iam too fat despite me been a size 6-8 my face is ugly my tummy should have gone ages ago etc why is it men do not like women and they bully them.

They have low self esteem to bring someone else down. and also don't worrry about what BOY'S THINK.I call them boy's because they are not grown up yet for society trust me girl There is a real man out there for you that won't put you down.And when you look deep down in your heart you are all that. Don't let no one tell you other wise.Don't worry about those little willy's that can't hold there own that have to put us women down. Maybe they hate women because they want to be us and can't .I don't care how many sex changes they get a boy can't be like a real woman.

A misogynist is by definition someone who hates women. The term - in time has also taken other meanings.
Your question mentions a lot of things but I always find it inappropriate to say that ALL men hate women. Hardly.
Nevertheless what you mention is extremely inappropriate and if it is happening in your workplace you should take some action - it is against the law now days to treat a colleague badly based on their sex among other things.
If this is a general problem you should not worry so much but in your shoes I would stop being friendly with people who look down on me because I am a woman. If you have a history maybe you could explain that you find their comments offencive and you would like them to stop. They might not but there is no helping some people.
There are some very popular theories out there in the social sciences field about the changing face of manhood and how men have lost their identity (as women do not need them for protection/ companionship/ money/ children). You can read up on it if you are very interested - i have included two good introductory books in the sources.

Maybe because a woman can strip a man of his integrity with out a second thought of the damage it does to him in the long run. Like lets use the worst case : When a woman is mad at her mother in law because she is dating someone she doesn't approve of she first tells her mother in law she doesn't like the man and the mother says its ok , but mother in law loves him. Well Daughter in law then accuses the man loudly in front of everyone that the man mother is in love with of being inappropriate with her kids . A mans integrity is shredded its like going for the jugular . This happens too often it has become the only way a woman can manipulate or push her will on others. My daughter in law is a ****. I will never forgive her for that crap. How did woman become so fucked up? Boys my *** you feel find another good one and then screw him up , get off your high horse start being responsible for your part in screwing up the men for others your personal vendetta

The term is "misandrist", from the Greek roots miso (to hate) and andras (guy). For clarification, it is not limited to opposite gender hating. a guy would properly be a misandrist, and a woman would be a misogynist, in spite of the undeniable fact that those situations are very uncommon.

If a guy criticise a girl, it means that this guy likes this girl! I mean think about it, this guy only criticise this girl because maybe the guy loves being with the girl and always wants to be with her!

Not I. If a man was treated badly by a woman, I could see him disliking her, but not hating. There's some mental illness going on there if he hate's.
