How many cases of a female raping a male have you heard of? I reckon it's almost completely non existent, except for statutory rape.

For the ppl who think a woman cant rape a man---wake up it can happen and it does--especially to young boys--but men can be just as vulnerable. All rape should be illegal reguardless of sex---it is a crime and it infringes on the rights of the human being and should be punished. period

Although I've never heard of a woman raping a man, it is a violation of that person and yes, should be illegal for anyone to do that.
Just have to find a man that says "no" to sex! (just lightening the mood to a very sensitive subject)
