Means girl (wanita is woman)
Cowok:
Means boy (pria is man)
Cakep:
Means tired, cakep cakep means very tired.
Cantik:
Means beautiful (in reference to female).
Ganteng:
Means handsome (in reference to male).
I see someone said capek means beautiful, that is wrong.

Cewek is slang for girl and cakep is slang for pretty. However, cakep is also an androgynous word. U could also use it to describe a guy.

Cewek is female (girl, woman, female).
It's not a plural form.
When "cakep" (cakap, really) is said twice, it means that the female is VERY cakap (very good looking or very well behaving).
It's originally from Java island, but Javanese slang is used around Indonesia.
