Well first off start by being a door mat and doing what ever they say.....then they will give you more and more stuff because they will trust that you can do it.....after a while they will let you just get on with it becasue they trust you!

get a gun (or a hammer, if you can't afford one) and threaten them by saying " you people better like me or else". then give them a big smile and walk away. don't forget to send them a gift with a thank you card the next day. (a bullet would be an appropriate gift)

by calling them by their proper names
And being polite and respectful

By showing them that you are not just an ignorant ,
unfeeling person .

Trust has to be earned
And once lost , it may take a very long time to return.

good luck

Try showing them some respect for a start.

Do something pro-actively that they were not expecting.

I don't mean go and flash them in the carpark, I mean take an improvement suggestion to them, ask if you can go and investigate or implement it.
