The only symptom I had with both of my pregnancy's was headaches. (and a missed period but besides that). I don't know if it started the day of conception though. I just know for a lot of them I had to lay on the couch perfectly still, so I'm assuming they were migraines. They only lasted the first trimester. After that, my pregnancy's were a breeze.
Although I wouldn't say headache was a sure sign either. Everyone is different.

I have read that headaches are sign of early pregnancy. But that usually occurs by the second week, not right after you conceived. If the headaches continue and you miss your period then you should check with your doctor.

I don't think headaches are a sign of pregnancy. I was sleepy a lot in the beginning of my pregnancy.

everyone gets headaches....doesn't mean everyone is pregnant. Wait until your period is supposed to come and then test. Take 2 tylenols and call the doctor in the morning if you still have a headache.
