When a person claims to have done the heinous things with/to children that this man has, does it worry you that he is now a 'free' citizen again? Who will probably continue to feed his 'illness', until caught hurting another innocent . . .

With his confession he should have at least been charged with interference of the justice system and sent to a mental institution or at the very least have a court ordered demand to recieve psychiatric counselling. I don't understand why he was let totally off.

I can't see how we can keep him. The police and prosecutors bungled the only case they had against him -- the child porn in California -- literally losing what little evidence they say they had before it could be presented in court. So, there's no proof that he actually did anything other than be a jerkwater attention w**re who's making a run to infamy off of a little girl's death.
