i face report "generic host process for win 32 services" and if i click ok then my internet connection is lost till i restart the computer... help me out please

To start, You need to scan for Spyware, Adware, Viruses etc.
Spyware removers
Adaware

Free Antivirus program

You need to install one at a time, update each one at a time then scan your PC with each one at a time.

uninstall and reinstall the software for your internet program/application. This should help clear up the error. Also check for any updates/patches through the providers main website.
