what do you mean by english?
the only one I could be thinking about is the one that I was seeing at the time they had the commercials out. and it's the same theme song and asme artist from the game - Utada Hikaru - "Sanctuary". and it's not "off kilter".

Yep. The Japanese version of the opening theme is done by Utada Ukaru. The English Versions are done by Koda Kumi.
