Take her shoe shopping or go to a mall on a date and if you see some in a window you would like her to wear ask her if she likes them and if she says yes say oh let buy them for you. Then she will feel obligated to wear them for you all the time.

If she thinks sexy sandals would be "too showy" and she wants to remain humble, she would be reluctant.

go shoe shopping pick out a pair for yourself that you know she will hate make sure you wearing white socks and the shoes are black and tell her you will make a deal you'll let her pick yours if you get to pick her's.
