actually, the use of the bong to smoke tobacco is quite popular in some eastern cultures including India. Often, flavored tobaccos are used in bar settings where a table of smokers will share the same bong with their own filter to attach when it's their turn.

But I think the real question is, do you think anyone buys rolling papers or those flavored blunts for tobacco? ... Hmm, I think not.
