I have an idea for a "gross out" candy that I think would sell big. Any ideas how to get candy makers to pick

Contact specific companies or manufaturers and ask them what their policies or procedures are for an independent is to try to sell or submit your idea to them. Be suere to protect yourself with a trademark though. You can't patent food products but you can trademark the name and unique appearance.

My very best advice: Your idea, You make/develop it, Maufacture it and sell it yourself. Out of your garage if needed.
