Every time there's a hurricane or tornado, those things are flying all over the place. And the tires on top just don't do it. In the interest of puplic (and pubic) safety, should restraints be required?

Should restraints be required?

On any person that was "crazy" enough to buy a mobile home in the first place?

Absolutely.

I still don't know why you decided to move into one. What? Were you cramped in your wife's dog house? At least in there you were chained to a post. In this mobile home......you're just screwed.

I get your point. I think they should come with "Owner Instructions"
for the Dummies who own them. Like : Run for shelter whenever
the weather is "bad". Especially when windy or raining.
Also the instructions should include what types of emergency
items will be needed in case of an emergency. And a list of places
to purchase these items. The owner's instructions should also
warn of "Sanctions" if the Owner isn't prepared for emergencies.
The "News Reporters" should be 'sanctioned' if they report another of these stupid stories of stupid people with stupid luck.

properly, they baned cell phones even as driving in new york (the position I stay). Its threat-free to assert that the ban must have kept lives even with if it develop into in elementary words one or 2. As for the sensible outcomes, i visit't imagine of any (as well it saving lives + reducing the cost of the drivers cellular telephone bill). And coverage rates have not lengthy gone down both.
