One cause is not drinking enough water to flush impurities out of your body. Another cause is improper nutrition. There are other causes including hormonal, but you are too old for that.

Increase your water intake, use a clay mask twice a week, an astringent every day and take vitamins. Put white toothpaste (not gel) on the zit and sleep with it on.

Drink lots of water......it will clear out all the toxins in your body and hopefully the number of pimples will reduce. It worked with me! Sometimes they're caused by hormones in which case the pill can sometimes help. But best advice is to eat lots of fruit and veg and drink lots of water or green tea to detox your body. Also try keep your skin clean and cleanse everyday so your pores don't get blocked up.

Do you touch your face a lot,do you have lots of oils on your face? well this could help you..........drink at least 8 cups of water a day that takes away the oil and all the toxins in your body....then wash your face with a warm washcloth(not hot) then you could try something from the store and see if that helps

Oily food is one main cause....AND ANOTHER would be not cleansing that particular area with water...

what to do:
pay more attention when washing areas that are prone to pimples, drink lots a water, cut down comsumption of oily food.

im 16...and i get them some....well, make sure that you wash your face...especially after working hard. try to avoid touching your face..and dont let other people touch it either...and if you drink drinks that have a good bit of acidity, then they will also break your face out....orange juice for example.
