Contact the US Embassy or a US Consulate in the country where you live. Only the people there can give you good advice.

The most important thing is the I-20, that the school has to send you, and to pay the SEVIS fee and bring the receipt for that. Without those, you can't apply for a student visa. About other documents you should just inquire at the embassy, or check out the embassy website. Usually they don't require much more than the two I mentioned before

i go for the visa interview too next Friday. i wish i will't adventure an same mission because i'm also going at Fall 2011. i will understand your stress completely today as i'm imagining about myself next week.
