Personally, I think you should be banned for your terrible spelling. Next time you set a question, try pressing the Check Spelling just above the box. Or put a dictionary on your Christmas pressie list. I blame the Teachers!

i think you may have to check copyright laws about your ex band's name, and it depends whether the band played venues where young children were present, then i can understand where your ex band mates were coming from
