Take vitamins, eat balanced meals, drink milk every day and get proper rest and exercise. These things will help.

Height goes on from the birth until adolescence.
Then skeleton reaches its max (genetic) measures and there is nothing to do for increasing it since any bones is tightly interconnected with the body. Generally the hormones helps the growth during the childhood and the puberty. Therefore 18-20 years are too many.... it’s too late.

Acc to my knowledge u have one year so start light jogging with some height gaining formula.

the max. age until which a person grows is 22.
it's too late.
you should have tried earlier.
only little possibility.
try skipping rope or pull ups and try to walk with you hands raised and stretched and your leg too(not raised)

There are clinics for just about everything these days. Look for a stretching clinic.
