Turn it over, and give it a shake. Then, use two thick books to support the two edges, leaving the keys free. You can unscrew all the screws on the bottom, and the whole keyboard will come apart. Make sure you remember the order of the layers inside, these are what makes the keys work.
You can then clean the bottom layer (which is the keys and the shell of the keyboard, and then put it back together - there are pegs and holes in the layers to help line it all up.

I have tried to clean 2 different ones that had liquid spilled and have had no luck. when you take it apart the keys go every where. It's not worth it. Just take a wet cloth and wash keys & key board with every thing intact. You can use skinny object like a letter opener to get in between the keys. If it is just every day stuff falling in ,un plug it ,dump it and shake it and blow it out. I use the little cheapie key boards from microsoft and they work great if yours quits.

Just lever them off with a screwdriver, they only clip on to most keyboards. Make sure they do fly off accross the room though!

One of the admin staff runs her keyboard under the tap (not so its flat under, but held to the side), then leaves it to dry.
Never heard her say that it affected her keyboard!
Have you tried blowing a hairdryer on it??

Have you tried vacuuming first? If you really must interfere with your keyboard, there are screws at the back.
