One of my friend is in love with her colleague who is already got married and hving a kid too. she is loving him blindly at the same time even he too.
sometimes she is very possessive on him that she is not allowing him to talk to his wife also. tel me the best way to depart her from the relationship. .

tell her to ignore him or else get her the other job n divert her mind to some other thing or the other person. since the guy is already married n has a kid so it would be a very problamatic later. because of one there would b 4 life in great soup n moreover if they get together think abt the guy's wife n the kid who has no fault n will suffer without any reason. i think u should make her think practicaly.

Sounds like you care about this person's well being. She shouldn't be subjecting herself with someone who already has ties to someone else. It's a heart-break in the making, and could ruin the married person's life forever. If the married person is involving himself in a relationship outside of his own marriage, who's to say he wouldn't do the same thing to your friend?

But 'love' is very different from having an affair that can wreck a marriage.
The two are not in love, they are infatuated.
They should stop seeing each other. how? Make her resign from office, and go to another city. Find an unattached man, and start all over again!

i dont think your explaining her anything is going to help. find out about ppl who have been betrayed in such ways and take your friend to meet them or tell her about their stories.question her whether she expects him to be faithful to her in the same way he was to his wife.ask her how she would feel if her own father had done this to her mother. remind her that she would be the other woman who took away his kids father away from them and the woman who broke a holy bond of marriage. i hate such ppl who cheat on their loved ones.explain to her that life is not an ekta kapoor serial or karan johar movie. real life is about doing your job and being happy. as for her possesion fix her up with better guys. introduce her to new ppl who think like her and are better than that sick looser she dates. and yes if you are human tell his wife.she deserves to know!!

get in contact with his wife and tell her that he is cheating on her with your friend. It'll hurt your friend and most likely run a train through your guys relationship but it'll also send her the message that what shes doing is crap.
If that doesnt sound like your cup of tea you could tell her that you dont want to be friends with her until she ends it with him to try and put her in a corner so she has to choose.
