Really Even the ECB doesn't knows how to tackle the issue, but this can be solved by the same principle followed in the soccer where injury is a so common one.

It's a conspiracy, the French are behind it. They are giving the English undetectable drugs in their tea which causes injuries and makes then hard to recover from.
On by the way, England should go to war with France over this.

Because we are rushing the players back to quickly from the injury's, but such is the pressure even when a player isn't fully fit the temptation is to play him IE Flintoff ,Vaughn,add to the fact that cricket seems no stop nowadays there just isn't time for recuperation

Yes,they are very unlucky especially Simon Jones injury have ruined his career.His career may be over.He is a good bowler England need him for Ashes
