I believe glands swell when they are working hard to reduce toxins in the body. Possibly drinking lots of water woud help dilute the toxins, thus reducing the the need for swollen glands.
If they are fighting something then they wont go down until they have won the battle.

Are you like allergic to anything?that is probarbly why your glands are swelling up......
Well im a smokerholic and that is the cause of my glands swelling up.Have you heard of strepsil?

this will take days to clear there is no way to make them go down quickly
