Have you ever thought why would any site pay you for nothing????? Well i don't know about any site askin you to just refer people not lettin you know their sources of income and makin you hit piller and post but I know that This Internet site pay you cause their clients like yahoo, monster.com and globe 7 pay them for generating sales leads for them:-) when people sign up thru the threads which you spread over chat rooms like yahoo,msn or whatever or forums like orkut and yahoo answers, clients earn money or prospects to earn in future.
