What you need to remember is that these people don't ring up for the purpose of annoying you. So what if 100 people in a row all ask for the same information. You are being paid to give it to them, and the 100th caller should be treated with the same courtesy as the first or second.

It is probably time for a change in employment, maybe you could move to a different department if one is available; you have to try harder not to be irritated with your customers remember if it weren't for them you would not have that job at all. Also they are calling for your help or information you should be kind to them all, not mad it is not their fauklt you are angry, seek other job opportunites, sounds like you've been there too long or just have had enough... Good luck

Advice Queen? Sounds like you need to find another job. Something a little more challenging. Besides, it's Friday, everyone's tired of their job by Friday. Seriously though, I really think you need to look for something else. I'm sure there's something out there that would be more stimulating for you.
Good Luck!

It could be a by-product of poor initial communication from your company. Perhaps something that the customer purchased from your company did not include proper instructions, installation or set up tips. Because of that they are calling your help line.

sounds like burn out to me. Look for something else that suits you better in the long run- or apply within for a promotion. Hasnt it been two years?

Don't look at it as a problem. They are asking you because you give them the answers that they need. You might not know it but these workers respect your answers.
