Once you understand the logic of web building tools, your next step should be Microsoft's Frontpage 2003. Once you understand the logic of that, your final step is professional web building tools Adobe's Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks. You have to start, however, with the basics to understand the other softwares.

there are plenty of pages just do a search on yahoo or your favorite search engine also the "code" for each web page is always viewable by anyone because it's "open source" to do this click view at the top of your browser here then click source it will show you all the code to make this page(there are steps you need to do to make it appear as a web page however)
