There is indeed going to be a second "Hulk" movie, but (as the director says) it's more of a "rebooting" rather than a sequel.
The movie that came out recently(ish) was just plain awful. The next one's going to be plenty "Hulk Smash!".
In fact, there's a tonne of superhero movies coming out next year. Iron Man, Ant Man, Captain America, Ghost Rider, Wolverine, Magneto (maybe), Wonder Woman, Thor, Batman (YES!). It's gonna be a good year.

There isn't, the first one made losses so any plans on that were cancelled.
