You need to tell us more about it in order to get a good answer.
Most Universities realize that there is more to learning than just sitting in a lecture hall listening to the professor put you to sleep, especially larger classes where you can sleep as groups.
In an effort to enhance the learning experience, tutorials/review classes/consultation classes exist where a smaller group of students get together and talk about what they have been learning, their viewpoints, their ideologies, etc. Sometimes the professor is involved, sometimes they aren't.
