Being in a loveless marriage or partnership would make me consider cheating but I'd rather leave the relationship first if I was tempted.
I certainly wouldn't cheat on my spouse/partner if I'm 'in love' with because if you 'really' do love and respect your at home partner then you'd never ever want to cheat on them.
Its when love is lacking in a relationship or maybe your feelings has changed, towards your partner, then people can come up with all sorts of excuses to cheat, and really there's no excuse for cheating unless your really so unhappy where you already are...but not everyone can afford to move out or even wants to leave the relationship beforehand to pursue having an affair with someone. Wanting their cake and eating it seems to be the norm with most people who do cheat.

Nothing would ever make me cheat on my partner. I don't even look at other men like that anymore. I know I'd never find anyone better than him anyway so whats the point. If I ever felt like cheating, I'd do the decent thing and end the relationship or try to work on the things that made it go wrong.

There are many reasons why you would cheat on your partner.........the main reasons would be they are not getting what they want out of the relationship anymore...IE sex, romance, communication, grow apart from one another a whole string of things. The thrill of cheating as well is a good reason, the thrill of the chase from another love interest they meet someone who fills the gaps that are missing at home. Communication is the key to a great relationship. If the communication line is open there should not be any valid reasons for cheating.

I wouldn't cheat on my husband. I would get a divorce first. To do it before then goes against what I believe marriage is about. I have fought to keep my marriage and I also thought about cheating. I thought about it because my husband was not there. He was not there in any way and I got lonely and waited someone to at least acknowledge I was there. I wanted the connection of being friends and more again. I never cheated but I did do a lot of yelling and praying he would lesson.

Absolutely nothing.. if im to the point that i want to cheat then the marriage is over, and id rather end my marriage then know that i cant live up to the promises i make.. to me having pride in myself is more important then 10 minutes of sex lol.. if that lol.. besides if u every loved, or cared for ur spouse u wouldnt want to put them through the pain of them ever feeling how it feels to be hurt that badly as by someone cheating on them..

I love this question. I cheat when I feel severely deceived or let down, and by that time in my mind, and in my heart, the relationship is offically over. But it may take awhile to break the news of course, dont want to be crude, and timing is everything.
I have also cheated while grieving a loss, when my mate just couldnt help me, or say anything to me to change the situation. I wanted to be as far away from him as possible just because I felt so alone.
In general, if a man has no time to EMOTIONALLY and SEXUALLY maintain his woman-puts in no effort because he already thinks he won her over-he is in for a big surprise. There's too many other men that will take advantage of a woman who's sad about her home life and hubby might find one in his bed one day. Make time for your woman, give her romance sometimes, and give her sex when she wants it. Spend time with her-like a date...and APPRECIATE her and everything she does will be to reward you for being her superman. Sounds like work, because it really is . But success comes from hard work. Good luck guys

There is nothing in this world that would make me cheat on my man. I am not that type of person inside. If we had problems or I didn't love him anymore, I'd leave him, then decide what to do. With two people there is NO problem you CAN'T work out, but with 3 people, there is NO problem you CAN work out. Being faithful I believe is a character trait you are taught growing up. My mama taught me right.

I haven't done since we got married ( 10 years this year ) and I wouldn't now, especially since I became a christian 4 years ago and take my faith, and my vows, seriously. My husband however did cheat, recently, and it was a fleeting temptation to get my own back. I haven't, and hopefully things will work out
