I need help with my new phone Samsung SGH-A501 - ringtones & phone book photo ID?

My phone came with almost no ringtones! Nothing in any of the folders. I havent installed Grabber software on my laptop yet to create MP3s. Can I get any free ringtones?
I followed all the directions for setting a photo as caller ID but its doesnt work? Am I doing something wrong?

I have a verzion phone, and when I need help i go to there store or I call their help phone number. The best thing is they walk you though all your probems!!!

I am sure that sprint and altel have that type of help.
