The last few hundred feet approaching the Towers is one thing, but I would also like to know how they navigated from 30,000 feet with no assistance from air traffic control or radar. That's definitely not easy to do when you have never flown a passenger jet before, and can't even fly a light aircraft.

I'm sure they had the plane on auto pilot and just dialed in the changes they wanted to make to the flight path.

You will note because of the way the plane hit the Pentagon, their method was not completely fool proof because they just barely hit the edge of the Pentagon not in the middle where the damage would have been much worse.
