Don't know how to take care of the stain but have you tried wearing surgical gloves or something similar while grafting?

Have never heard of anything that will remove the stains other than just wearing off the layer of skin that is stained. That's probably why Lava works a little--because the pumice is grinding off the outer layer of skin. We always wore gloves.

I have always had great success with Lava Soap, which is a Heavy-Duty Hand Cleaner. It is available in the Soap Aisles of most Grocery and Drug stores, and at Ace Hardware Stores. I have included this link, should you want to purchase it online.
