if you can find one then lets get a movement for drafting them for the presidency next election

And neither can you.
In order to get elected (and more to the point, re-elected) congressional leaders have to spend most of their time fund-raising. It's the way the system works.
You can spend 70% of your time begging for money from people without being just a little "influenced". And of COURSE every one of them has taken money from a "special interest" -- I'm a special interest, you are a special interest, Meyers-Briggs is a special interest, Johnson&Johnson is a special interest, Halliburton is ... well, Halliburton is a special case, they not only influence, they own.
But perhaps their properties are getting a little shopworn.
