I believe A is definately correct. Because workers were in short supply.
I don't think the black death had an affect on sanitation, and the Jews were sometimes blamed for the Black Death. I don't think D is correct. People were generally afraid that the plague would return. But this is not so much related to self confidence.

NONONO!!! the answer is B. better sanitation!!! before the black death, people were not very sanitary. it was in the middle ages, when people just sort of slacked off with everything. they just threw their trash out in the streets, which is why they had rats everywhere-- which is how the black death was spread!!! luckily, the people figured out how to take care of the rat problem through better sanitation.

I think it's A. Because so many workers died crops could not be harvested, raising prices and destroying many farmers. Hence the few workers who survived were in very high demand and could command much higher wages.

No of the above- it changed the way European societies were organized- people began migrating from the countryside to the cities- they started questioning long held religious beliefs leading to development in science, medicine and the arts. It started the roots of our modern political thinking.
