No , it doesnt transmit through sweat or via mouth at all !
I think even if semen or blood goes into ur mouth , u dont get infected . *This is ambigous information , UI read it somewhere though*
Only if u have abrasions in ur tongue and his blood gets transmitted via the cut , othrwsie there is 99% no possiblity of AIDS transmission
