yes and they are still not accounting for the missing billion that was somehow stolen from us. Its all tied up in the Cobell case which the US supreme court may decide upon. The Interior department is conviently misplacing and losing files on their computer and now a new disclosure by the govenrment's own audit shows that they are abusing the govenrment computers with surfing for pron, and gambling on line, instead of doing their job! The BIA controls the trbial elections, health care and the tribal police! Too much power
