january 10 my bf will be leaving Philippines, so is it possible for me to get the fiancee visa as early as 3months?

If you haven't already started the process, nope, it's not going to happen. As mentioned by someone else, minimum of 6 months, and quite possibly longer.

Nope, At least six months. Brother in law going through the same thing. Way toooooo much paper work involved......
