There are areas in Bulgaria estimated to be seismically risky (Sofia, South-West and South-Central Bulgaria), but the coastline is not among them. The earthquakes in Greece and Turkey are considered part of the Mediterranean fault - the Bulgarian coastline actually runs vertically to it. So, no, the coastline should not be dangerous as it is of the lowest risk. (I'm Bulgarian).

I couldn't tell you specifics about Bulgaria but I know for a fact (having just being there this summer) that the area is seismically active. As you know, there has been recent earthquakes in Turkey, and northern Greece. The coastal mountains of Georgia are also still rising. That should tell you that that the entire southern Black Sea area is still on the move.
