You have to ask yourself the question: Did I have unprotected sex before I had this experience of pus? If so, you are suffering from gonnohrea which if not treated soon will cause inflammation in your testicles and you will lose the ability to produce fertile sperm.
A simple test will confirm this and a medication will be prescribed to you.
If you have not had sex at all with anyone and you are having pus in your urethra (penis opening), then you might have a non-gonoccocal urethritis. In any event, you still need to see a doctor for the right prescription.

sometime there is a discharge if you are turn on for long times that is almost pure white it looks like very little soda bubbles
it smells really bad but like off ***
and that is some sort of sperm discharge nothing to worry
but if it is pus it will stink like a wound now that could be an infection bad see doctor today
if you are unsure see a doctor any way better to be save then sorry many things can go wrong cancer is one of them and the only cure is penectomy and radiation etc

Most likely an STD but only a test can verify that...is there any pain or discomfort. Is there a color of the pus such as yellow or green? If it is an STD you need antibiotic therapy to resolve...do not fool yourself into thinking it will go away.

Yes man.So you should consult with your doctor. But!!!! Be careful, you should not confuse semen(fluid coming out of penis at the time of sexual intercourse or after masturbation). It may be a sexual disease.OK?
