The cell wall of a gram positive bacteria contains lipotechoic acid (LTA). They do not have an outer membrane like gram negatives (where the LPS is located). They can both have capsules and S-layers, however, which are located beyond the cell wall (gram positive) or outer membrane (gram negative).

No. Gram negative bacteria have an outer membrane consisting of lipopolysaccharides and proteins, but gram positives do not have this extra layer.

Only gram-negative bacteria have lps...

I doubt about it...

i think they aren`t, but I do belive there are some exception.
there might be a bacteria which have it.
