How should an interviewer answer to a question "describe ur dream job"?

Well, it would probably help to mention some components of the job for which you are applying as part of your "dream job" so they know you want to be there.

For example, if you are applying to be a medical assistant, your dream job would be to "help people," "work in the medical field," get a sense of reward from your job....so on and so on :).
