my 5 month old female rabbit sometimes craps out what looks like a clear lump of jelly, she has a good diet etc.
What is it and what can i do to stop it, it only happens once in a while. Is it related to her time of the month or whatever ?

I have heard of that when bunnnies have NOT been eating and start eating regularly. Do you remember if there is any change in diet for a few days before this happens? It isn't normal however and it would be good to take her to a rabbit savvy vet. Your vet can also advise on when to get her spayed, which will help her health.
Here is a good article about bunny poop:

BTW rabbits don't have a "time of month" or go into heat. They are what is called induced ovulators. an unspayed female will be fertile the second she mates with an uneutered male.

I recommend taking your rabbit to a veterinarian. That isn't normal. You'll need to let the veterinarian know what you've been feeding it and the veterinarian will probably need to take a stool sample. I've seen what you're describing before, but it's been a long time since I've come across that so I can't tell you exactly what that is without looking it up. I could make some speculations, but either way it is something you need to see the vet about.

If you are feeding it vegetables and stuff like that then stop that. Just keep to rabbit pellets and water.

If you have a vet who isn't rabbit savvy. The closest disease on the web I can find is this: Mucoid Enteritis

http://www.afip.org/vetpath/POLA/99/PATHOLOGY_OF_THE_RABBIT-Wilber.htm

It's located under:

II. Bacterial Diseases
L. Enteritis Complex
1. Mucoid Enteropathy (Mucoid Enteritis)

For a quick search, it was the only rabbit disease savvy website I found. Some websites claim to know what they are talking about when they don't. I can normally tell whether they know their stuff by a quick glance through the site.

I've been raising rabbits for over 24 years.
