i believe u live in a country with sharia law,...that allowing a man to have more than 1 wife,...however..there should be a written permission from the first wife,...so that ur mother still have the right to stop the 2nd marriage.

that's sharia Law. well let him know that he will have to spend alot of money to take care of two houses. as within the Sharia Law, a man has to be very fair with his wives. example, if he bought a new car to your mom, then he has to buy a new car to the 2nd wife as well. however in the Sharia Law it says, he will never be fair with women even if he tried.

this is clearly a MYOB. You need to confront your DAD and tell him you know about the other woman and tell him to confess to your MOM. Give him a time line to do the confessing and then tell him if he doesn't you will be going to MOM ......
