i have rear whiplash n is still painful in my neck the hospital said it will be sour for quite a while but keep moving my kneck! but the main problem is what is it because im not sure

First off if you have injured your neck, you should go see a specialist. Yes the hospital knows what they are doing but they may not be specialized in neck injuries. They should have given you a brace to wear. Keep this on, and amke an appointment to see a doctor who specializes in neck injuries. So you'll have a better understanding if you have injured your neck severely enough you could end up as a cripple. (you can't walk) Don't play around with this.

Friend.....sooner the better that you should contact the well-known doctor from your locality; instead of seeking help from people like us who are surely not belonging to the faculty you wish to have advice from. The whiplash is not a thing to take lightly.

You will find much more relief it you find a chiropractor in your neighborhood. Whiplash is one of their successful primary care routines..
