There are a good few programs that will convert and Adobe PDF format file into Excel. You just need to find a good one. Most of the ones available cost a certain amount to buy and use. Your best bet is to search for "PDF to Excel convertor" and see what comes up. Add "Freeware" to the end and see if you can find a freeware version that does the same as the one that costs money.

The programs are easy to use and most will convert to multiple Office formats too.

Good luck!
