What is performance heads?

is that the same as pistons or what...will the heads provide any xtra HP

no its not the same as pistons. it will only give you more power if you are puting a bigger head on it. or if it was ported or polished. better cam, valves, rods things like that

Heads are what sit on top of the engine block and are under the valve covers!! Yes performance heads give you more horsepower because they flow more air into the motor!!
