If you guys watch Bourne Supremacy, you'll notice the scene where Bourne perform CPR to the lady trapped in her car underwater. He supposed to pull her out of the vehicle and attempt to revive her on a dry land.Don't tell me a CIA agent can't perform CPR in logical manner.I've ask my friend who is a doctor about this and he told me that underwater CPR is rubbish and there's no way for us to perform CPR on a person underwater where you blow air into the person's mouth while he/she swallowed water into the lungs.Sounds kinda silly huh?I guess Bourne Supremacy is not worth watching when it comes to this particular scene. What do you guys think?

Movies are unrealistic, for example there is a movie called Backdraft about firefighters, that rescue people and put out fires with no masks(forgot the correct name) for them,on their faces or air tanks! So whereas Bourne supremcy might be a good movie(I've never seen it)it may just have somethings that aren't true in it,like most movies!

Yea you are right! The implication that while he's performing the CPR, water entering the lungs can be more of a murder than attempt to save her!

I hope no one puts this stunt into real use anywhere!

He takes you out and he takes you up
'cause he can show you so much
I go to bed and tomorrow again
there's a lot of work to be done
He gives you gold and he'll promise you
the whole world will be yours
I just can tell you I love you so
even though my odds are low
Chorus:
I'm not an actor I'm not a star
and I don't even have my own car
But I'm hoping so much you'll stay
that you will love me anyway

whilst appearing cpr you're doing chest compressions and giving breaths. first of all, once you do a chest compression you're inflicting a vacum interior the lungs, like a turkey baster once you push on it it blows the air out, enable bypass and it sucks air in, try this under water and all you're doing is filling the lungs with water, there for no oxygen is being taken into the lungs, so your pumping blood contained in direction of the physique that has no oxygen in it. the point of cpr is to maintain oxygenated blood pumping contained in direction of the physique. 2d, its a movie.

Unless the character was trying to revive a fish - the doctor was right.
