Provision or international law regarding what about night shift? Covering what? If there is, I would love to know about it as I am a night shift worker and if there is some kind of coverage out there that I am missing I would love to know about it.

no... the European Parliament may set some laws for all the countries within it but generally, those laws are set or accepted by the country's own legal system
Im afraid you are stuck with your own governing laws
