Age does not matter as long as both of you like each other.
You have mentioned that you know a girl, who is beautiful and has excellent manners, and that you are older than her by ten years.
You did not mention whether she knows you. Just your knowing a girl is not good enough for a marriage to be successful. You do not even know if she is interested in marrying you,

The real Question is are you loaded?
she's going to want TONS of money,
but on a more serious note age is nothing but a number you only live once and you might as well be happy. From the way you described her it seems like your care about her a lot, and every woman needs that. From the way your talking about her it will be successful I wish you all the best_♥

There is 10 years between my Parents and they have been married 50 years! I am 1 of 7 children. They love each other! Still! It can work!! My Neighbour had 15 years between her and her late husband and they adored each other!Married for 60 years! Age does`nt matter!

The older you two are, the better your odds. I'm 28 and all the 18 year old girls I know would never work. 38 and 28 might be worth a shot though. It gets easier as you age. You refer to her as a girl. I hope she's not really a girl.

It depends on the age. If she's 16 and you're 26, Yes age matters, it's probably not a good idea to marry yet. If she's 26 and your 36 then age really doesn't matter too much.

I was 10 yesrs difference from my wife. If the girl is still a teenager and your upper 20's,,, then I would be careful,,marriage will be tough!! If your both older (in your mid 20's or above) then it has a better chance...much better

I am 61, My wife is 50, 11 years difference, we have been married for 21 years and to this day we have not even raised our voices to each other yet, age difference can be a healthy thing at times, and she gets you insurance :)

The question is, do you love her? If so, then age should just be a number. I'm 5 years older than my husband.

Love is the key to a happy marrage, if you love her why not try? the rest will work itself out.
