This is bile, you have emptied you stomach of all its contents and the only other thing in there is bile, try drinking small sips of water and some dry bread if possible. Don't drink to that extent again and always always have as much water as you can muster before you go to bed.

If you are throwing up black stuff you might be bleeding internally. You can have an ulcer there can be a number of things. I definately would not be drinking, I would absolutely say go to the doctor, hospital. Doesn't sound good at all.

I think your body is trying to tell you to "STOP" drinking. Don't want to alarm you but sometimes the "Black" stuff you are bringing up can be Blood. See a doctor if it persists; but my thoughts are if you stop drinking it will also stop.

It depends on what you have been eating. You should see your GP as you could be bringing up digested blood. If you vomit what looks like fresh blood then you should go to your nearest A&E immediately. In the meantime try and avoid binge drinking.

Yes very worried unless you have been drinking Guiness, but why are you drinking so much that you are getting sick? It's so bad for your health.

Um, yes!!
Sounds like old blood or something - you may have an ulcer that is aggravated by drinking sessions.
Get it checked out - or stop drinking so much!!
