No, well not in the pros

I know that in collage Turk Weldel pitched a perfect game where the other team swang at the 1st pitch every time and he got them out

no a perfect game is retiring 27 batters without any reaching base safely.the balls and strikes mean nothing.fantasy perfect game 27 ks 81 pitches or how about 27 pitches 1 to each batter.
