Perhaps you mean discriminatory? Or discriminating against? I do find there are quite a few artist who indulge in this type of behaviour or use lyrics promoting this. Unfortunately this is also the form of hip hop we are most exposed to.

Having said this, this is not indicative of the larger part of the hip hop movement. One only need listen to artists like Talib Kweli and Common (among a few) who promote respect for women and other hip hop artist who do not broach approach the subject at all.

Eventually the form of hip hop you refer to will fall away and once again be replaced by a more conscious and more respectfull voice as has happened in the past.

There are pop artists that degrade themselves too, and united states of america singers, and inspite of. in case you extremely opt for to assert rap is disgusting, there are a range of different genres that degrade females and in all kinds there are artists that fall far flung from that subject matter altogether.. This has been stated over and yet yet again, yet human beings of direction do not see the message. and when you consider that you could't look to stumble on pastime in rap song (which i have self belief you're only no longer searching for it), you would besides supply up listening to it. yet in case you opt for an answer to why there is degradation of girls in all genres, highly the most known songs it truly is because sex sells.
